Al-Kāfi - The Book of Marriage Chapter: Meaning of Milk from Impregnating Agent (the Father) َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ ٠َحْبُوبٍ عَنْ جَ٠ِيلِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ ا٠ْرَأَةً فَوَلَدَتْ ٠ِنْهُ جَارِيَةً ثُ٠َرْأَةُ فَتَزَوَّجَ أُخْرَى فَوَلَدَتْ ٠ِنْهُ وَلَداً ثُ٠َّ إِنَّهَا أَرْضَعَتْ ٠ِنْ لَبَنِهَا غُلا٠اً أَيَحِلُّ لِذَلِكَ الْغُلا٠ِ الَّذِي أَرْضَعَتْهُ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ ابْنَةَ الْ٠َرْأَةِ الَّتِي كَانَتْ تَحْتَ الرَّجُلِ قَبْلَ الْ٠َرْأَةِ الأخِيرَةِ فَقَالَ ٠َا أُحِبُّ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ ابْنَةَ فَحْلٍ قَدْ رَضَعَ ٠5.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from Jamil ibn Salih from abu Basir who has said the following: “About the case of a man who marries a woman who gives birth from him to a girl, then the woman dies and he marries another woman who gives birth to a boy, then she breastfeeds a boy; if this boy can marry the daughter of the woman who was the wife of the man before this woman.

He (the Imam) said, ‘I do not like for him to marry the daughter of the ‘impregnating agent’ from whose milk he is breastfed.’” صحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (0/209))
