1.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from âAbd Allah ibn Bukayr who has said the following: âAny condition before marriage becomes invalid by marriage and the condition after marriage is permissible.â He (the Imam) said, âIf time limit is mentioned it is al-Mutâah (advantageous marriage) and if time limit is not mentioned it is permanent.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (20/239))
