Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Muhammad ibn abu Hamzah from certain persons of his people who have said the following: âThis is concerning my question before abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who marries a virgin in the manner of al-Mutâah (advantageous marriage).
He (the Imam) said, âIt is permissible if he does not destroy her virginity.ââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (0/251))
