Al-Kāfi - The Book of Marriage Chapter: Marriage with Slave Girls َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ ٠َّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَ٠ِ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْ٠َانَ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ أَبِي ٠َنْصُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ لا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ الأ٠ُتْعَةً بِإِذْنِ ٠2.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from ‘Isa ibn abu Mansur who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not unlawful to marry a slave-girl in the manner of al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) by the permission of her master.’” جهول - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (20/252))
