A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu âAbd Allah who has said the following: âOnce ibn âUmm Maktum asked permission from the Holy Prophet, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, when âAiâshah and Hafsah were with him.
He (the Messenger of Allah) asked them to go to the room and they said, âHe is blind.â He (the Messenger of Allah) said, âIf he cannot see you, you two can see him.ââ رس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (20/372))
