When al-Husayn (a.s.), was born Jibril came on the seventh day and instructed similarly.’ He (the Imam) then said, ‘They both had two bunches of hairs on the left middle side of their head and the hole was in their right ear on the loop and on the left one it was on the top of the ear. Earring was in the right ear and al-Shanf (earring) on the left ear.’ It is narrated that the Holy Prophet (saww) left two bunches of hairs on the middle of their head and it is more correct than al-Qarn (the left middle of the head).”’
