4.Ahmad has said that certain persons of our people have narrated from abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), and Muhammad ibn Samaâah from the virtuous servant (of Allah) has said the following: âHad I been governing people I would teach them how to finalize a divorce case and thereafter make the violators to suffer pain.ââ Ø¶Ø¹ÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (21/98))
