14.Sahl has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Samaâah from âUmar ibn Yazid from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: âOnce, a man in al-Kufah came to âAmir al-Muâminin (a.s.), and said, âI have divorced my wife after she became clean from her Hayd (menses) and before I went to bed with her.â âAmir al- Muâminin asked, âDid you ask two just men to witness as Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, has commanded to do?â He replied, âNo, I did not do so.â He (the Imam) said, âYour divorce in not valid.ââ Ø´ÙÙر - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/103))
