If he divorces a second time also he then proposes marriage as others may do, in case he did not go back before the end of waiting period, if he wants he can go back to her if he so wills before waiting period is complete and if he did then she is with him after two divorces. If he divorces her for the third time then she is not lawful for him before marriage with another man. She inherits and is inherited if one of them dies as long as she experiences Hayd (menses) after the two first divorces.’”
