2.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu â Umayr from Jamil from Zurarah who has said the following: âI once asked one of the two Imam, (abu Jaâfar or abu âAbd Allah) (a.s.), about the case of a man who divorces his wife in a Hayd (menses)-free period in one place and time three times.
