1.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: âAbout the case of a man who goes back to his wife without witness, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âI like if he arranged for witness; however, what he has done is not unlawful.â â ØØ³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/123))
