3.Ali has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from ibn âUdhaynah from Bukayr who has said the following: âI once heard abu Jaâfar (a.s.), saying, âIf one divorces his wife in the presence of two just witnesses at a time when commencement of waiting period is possible, he then cannot divorce her before the end of waiting period unless he goes back to her.ââ ØØ³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (21/125))
