2.Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn al-Husayn has narrated from Hakam ibn Miskin from Muâawiyah ibn âAmmar who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âWhen a man is absent from his wife for one year or two years or more, then comes and wants to divorce her when she is experiencing Hayd (menses), he must leave her until she becomes clean, then divorce her.ââ Ø¬ÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/134))
