3.Ali has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Muhammad ibn abu Hamzah and al-Husayn ibn âUthman from Ishaq ibn âAmmar who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âIf a man who is absent from his wife wants to divorce her, he can do so and he must leave her for one month.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/136))
