Al-Kāfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: Divorce of a Pregnant Woman وَ عَنْهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَبَلَةَ وَ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلا٠) قَالَ الْحُبْلَى تُطَلَّقُ تَطْلِيقَةً وَاحِدَةً. 4.

It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from ‘Abd Allah ibn Jabalah and from Safwan ibn Yahya from ibn Bukayr from abu Basir who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A pregnant woman is divorced once.’” وثق - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (1/140))
