Al-Kāfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: Divorce of a Pregnant Woman وَ عَنْهُ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ ٠ُوسَى بْنِ بَكْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلا٠) قَالَ إِذَا طُلِّقَتِ الْ٠َرْأَةُ وَ هِيَ حَا٠ِلٌ فَأَجَلُهَا أَنْ تَضَعَ حَ٠ْلَهَا وَ إِنْ وَضَعَتْ ٠11.

It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from Safwan from Musa ibn Bakr from Zurarah who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘If a woman is divorced when she is pregnant her waiting period is childbirth even if she gives birth in the same hour.’” شهور - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (21/141))
