Al-Kāfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: Divorce of a Woman whose Marriage is not Consummated َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَ٠ِ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ عَنْ ٠) قَالَ الْعِدَّةُ ٠7.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad, from ibn Muskan from al-‘Ala’ ibn Razin from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “One of the two Imam, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘ Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ’Waiting period is because of water (seed, semen)/” صحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (1/144))
