Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad [from Muhammad ibn Khalid] and al-Husayn ibn Saâid from al- Qasim ibn âUrwah from al-âAbbas who has said the following: âHe (the Imam) (a.s.), has said, that it is not proper for a divorced woman to go out without the permission of her husband until waiting period is complete with three Hayd (menses)-free periods or three months if she does not experience Hayd (menses).ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/156))
