Al-Kāfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: Waiting Period for a Divorced Woman and Where She must have it َاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ وَ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ ٠ُطَلَّقَةُ تَحُجُّ وَ تَشْهَدُ الْحُقُوقَ. 13.

Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan and Abu Ali al-Ash‘ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al- Jabbar from Safwan from al-‘Ala’ from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “He (the Imam) (a.s.), has said, ‘A divorced woman can perform al-Hajj and testify about rights.’” صحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (1/156))
