Al-Kāfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: A Woman Divorcee Three Times Does not have the Right for Lodging or Maintenance عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَ٠َّادِ بْنِ عِيسَى أَوْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ حَ٠َّادٍ عَنْ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلا٠) أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْ٠ُطَلَّقَةِ ثَلَاثاً أَ لَهَا سُكْنَى وَ نَفَقَةٌ قَالَ حُبْلَى هِيَ قُلْتُ لَا قَالَ لَا.
