Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Khalid from al-Qasim ibn âUrwah from Zurarah who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âA widow whose husband has died must not use perfumes and beautify herself until her âIddah (waiting period) of four months and ten days is complete.ââ Ø¬ÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (21/201))
