8.Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Samaâah from Muhammad ibn Ziyad from âAbd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that âAmir al-Muâminin issued a judgment about one whose husband had died before going to bed with her, that said, âShe must not marry until her waiting period of four months and ten days is complete, which is the waiting period for one whose husband dies.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/204))
