6.Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Muâallaâ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Samaâah from Jaâfar ibn Samaâah al from Hammad ibn âUthaman from Zurarah who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âIt is not permissible to appoint an attorney in divorce.ââ Al-Hassan ibn Samaâah has narrated that this is the Hadith which we follow.
