Al-Kāfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: Swearing and Taking an Oath َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ خَلَفِ بْنِ حَ٠َّادٍ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلا٠َّا أَنْ يَفِي‏ءَ أَوْ يُطَلِّقَ فَإِنْ فَعَلَ وَ إِلَّا ضُرِبَتْ عُنُقُهُ. 11.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Khalid from Khalaf ibn Hammad in a marfu‘ manner who has said the following: “About the case of a man’s 7/a’ (swearing), abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘He either expiates or divorces or is beheaded.’” رفوع - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (21/224))
