It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from âAbd Allah ibn Jabalah and others from al-âAlaâ from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about, âIf you are afraid of discord between them then send one arbitrator from his people and another from her people.â (4:35) He (the Imam) said, âThey cannot decide to separate them without previous authorization of their decision by the parties (the wife and husband).â ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/246))
