Ibn Mahbub has narrated from al-â Alaâ from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: âI once asked abu Jaâfar (a.s.), about the case of a man who expresses the statement of al- Zihar about his wife, then divorces her before going to bed with her until she becomes stranger to him: if he owes expiation. He (the Imam) said, âNo, expiation is not obligatory on him.ââ صØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/268))
