Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: âAbout the case of a man who goes through the process of al-Liâan (condemnation) against his wife who is speechless, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âThey must be separated from each other.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/273))
