Al-Kāfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: Al-Li‘an (Condemnation) َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَ٠ِ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ ٠) أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ عَبْدٍ قَذَفَ ا٠ْرَأَتَهُ قَالَ يَتَلَاعَنَانِ كَ٠َا يَتَلَاعَنُ الْحُرَّانِ. 14.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from al-‘Ala’ from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “I once asked one of the two Imam, (abu Ja‘far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, about the case of a slave who accuses his woman.

He (the Imam) said, ‘They can go through the process of al-Li‘an (condemnation) against each other like free people do.”” صحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (1/275))
