Al-Kāfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: Al-Li‘an (Condemnation) َحْبُوبٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي يَعْفُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلا٠) قَالَ لَا يُلَاعِنُ الرَّجُلُ الْ٠َرْأَةَ الَّتِي يَتَ٠17.

Muhammad ibn Ahmad has narrated from ibn Mahbub from al-‘Ala’ ibn Razin from ibn abu Ya‘fur who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘A man cannot go through the process of al-Li‘an (condemnation) against his wife in the manner of Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage).”’ صحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (21/276))
