Al-Kāfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: Al-Li‘an (Condemnation) عَنْهُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلا٠ْرَأَةٍ قَذَفَتْ زَوْجَهَا وَ هُوَ أَصَ٠ُّ قَالَ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهَا وَ بَيْنَهُ وَ لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ أَبَداً. 19.

It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from al-Hassan from certain persons of his people who has said the following: “About the case of a woman who accuses her husband who is speechless, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘They are separated from each other and he is not lawful for her forever.’” رسل - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (1/277))
