Al-KÄfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: Al-Liâan (Condemnation) عÙÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠إÙبÙرÙاÙÙÙ٠٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠ابÙÙ٠أÙبÙÙ ÙÙصÙر٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙ٠جÙÙ ÙرÙÙÙاÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙ٠عÙبÙد٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙ ( عÙÙ٠اÙسÙا٠ÙرÙØ£Ùة٠اÙÙØ®ÙرÙسÙاء٠ÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙاعÙÙÙÙÙا زÙÙÙجÙÙÙا ÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙÙÙرÙÙÙ٠بÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ Ùا ÙÙ ÙÙا تÙØÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙ٠أÙبÙداÙ.
20.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Nasr from abu Jamifah from Muhammad ibn Marwan who has said the following: âAbout the case of a woman who is speechless and about how can he go through the process of al- Liâan (condemnation) against her, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âThey must be separated from each other and she is not lawful for him in marriage forever.ââ ضعÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/277))
