Al-Kāfi - The Book of Hunting

Chapter: Hunting of Falcons, Hawks and Others َدَ النَّهْدِيِّ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْ٠َلِكِ قَالَ لَا تَأْكُلْ ٠َّا قَتَلَتْ سِبَاعُ الطَّيْرِ. 11.

Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from Muhammad ibn Ahmad al-Nahdiy from Muhammad ibn al-Walid from Aban from al-Fadl ibn ‘Abd al-Malik who has said the following: “He (the Imam) (a.s.), has said, ‘Do not eat what predator birds kill.’” ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (1/344))
