ÙÙد٠بÙÙÙ ÙÙØÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙØÙÙ ÙÙد٠عÙÙ٠ابÙÙÙ ÙÙضÙÙاÙ٠عÙÙÙ Ø«ÙعÙÙÙبÙة٠بÙÙÙ Ù ÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠بÙرÙÙÙد٠بÙÙÙ Ù ÙعÙاÙÙÙÙة٠اÙÙعÙجÙÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠٠٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙ٠جÙعÙÙÙر٠( عÙÙ٠اÙسÙا٠Ùا ÙÙتÙÙ٠اÙسÙÙÙÙÙÙ Ù٠اÙسÙÙÙÙÙ ÙØÙÙ٠سÙئÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠صÙÙÙد٠صÙÙد٠ÙÙتÙÙÙزÙÙعÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙت٠ÙÙÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙا بÙØ£Ùس٠بÙÙÙ.
1.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from Thaâlabah ibn Maymun from Burayd ibn Muâawiyah al-âIjliy from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: âAbu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âWhatever is hunted by swords, arrows and spears are lawful to use for food.â He (the Imam) was asked about the prey, which is assigned to several people in portions before it dies.
