A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad, from Ahmad ibn Muhammad, from ibn abu Nasr from al-âAlaâ ibn Razin, from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: âOnce, I asked one of the two Imam, (abu Jaâfar or abu âAbd Allah) (a.s.), about a prey. A stone or clay-ball kills it if it is edible. He (the Imam) said, âNo, it is not edible.ââ Ø´ÙÙر - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/352))
