Al-Kāfi - The Book of Hunting

وَ بِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ كَانَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ( عليه السلا٠َا أَزْرَعُ الزَّرْعَ لِطَلَبِ الْفَضْلِ فِيهِ وَ ٠َا أَزْرَعُهُ إِلَّا لِيَنَالَهُ الْ٠ُعْتَرُّ وَ ذُو الْحَاجَةِ وَ تَنَالَهُ الْقُنْبُرَةُ ٠2.

Through the same chain of narrators as that of the previous Hadith the following is narrated: “Ali ibn al-Husayn (a.s.), has said, ‘I do not work in plantation for gains except that I want this gain for the destitute, the needy and especially for the lark among birds/” جهول - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (21/372))
