Certain persons of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Jumhur from Muhammad ibn al-Qasim from ibn abu Yaâfur who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about the eggs that I may find in the wilderness and about which ones are edible. He (the Imam) said, âEat whatever is of different shapes at both ends.ââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (22/39))
