A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Jaâfar ibn Muhammad al-Ashâariy from ibn al-Qaddah who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, âUse Olive oil for food and rubbing; it is from the blessed tree.â Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from ibn al-Qaddah from abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has narrated from a similar Hadith.â ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (2/161))
