Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn Ahmad from Musa ibn Jaâfar from Muhammad ibn al-Hassan from âUmar ibn Salmah from Muhammad ibn âAbd Allah who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âEating broad beans grows bone marrows of the legs, adds in the brain and produces fresh blood.ââ Ø¬ÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (22/179))
