A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ayyub ibn Nuh who has said the following: âI once ate Harisah (mashed meat and grains) with al-Jawars with abu â Abd Allah (a.s.), and he (the Imam) said, âIt is a kind of food which is not heavy or troublesome. I like it so I ordered to use it with my food, however, with milk it is more beneficial and soft on stomach.ââ ضعÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (22/180))
