A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu âAbd Allah from Muhammad ibn âIsa or others from âAbd al-Rahman from Hammad ibn Zakariya who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that herbs were mentioned before the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, he (the Messenger of Allah) said, Tat leeks because its likeness in herbs is like bread in other foodsâ or he said âsauce.ââ Uncertainty is from Muhammad ibn Yaâqub.
