Al-Kāfi - The Book of Drinks

Chapter: The Utensils, Pots, Pans, Bowls and Cups َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َحْبُوبٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلا٠) قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) يُعْجِبُهُ أَنْ يَشْرَبَ فِي الْإِنَاءِ الشَّا٠ِيِّ وَ كَانَ يَقُولُ هُوَ أَنْظَفُ آنِيَتِكُ٠8.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from Ibrahim ibn Talhah ibn Zayd from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.), who said: "The Messenger of Allah (sw) liked to drink with Syrian bowls and said, ‘It is the cleanest of your utensils.’" شهور - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (2/236))
