Al-Kāfi - The Book of Drinks

ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ ٠ٍ وَ دُرُسْتَ الْوَاسِطِيِّ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ وَ غَيْرِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلا٠) قَالَ شَارِبُ الْ٠ُسْكِرِ لَا عِصْ٠َةَ بَيْنَنَا وَ بَيْنَهُ. 12.

A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Yusuf ibn Ali from Nasr ibn Muzahim and Durust al-Wasitiy from Zurarah and others who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Those who drink wine will not receive any protection from us.’” شهور - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (22/254))
