Abu Ali al-Ashâariy has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Kufiy from âUthman ibn âIsa from Saâid ibn Yasar who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âThere is no Taqiyah (maintaining caution because of fear) in the case of al-Nabidh (wine).ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (22/275))
