Sahl ibn Ziyad has narrated from Ibrahim ibn Muhammad al-Madiniy from those whom he has mentioned who has said the following: âOnce abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), was asked about music (and singing) when I was present. He (the Imam) said, âDo not enter the houses whose inhabitants Allah disregards.ââ Ø´ÙÙØ± - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (22/305))
