A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Jaâfar ibn Muhammad from ibn al-Qaddah who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has stated this Hadith.
ââAmir al-Muâminin has said, âThe Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, prohibited the dress causing public abhorrence and I do not say he (the Messenger of Allah) prohibited you from wearing clothes dyed with safflower, sharp red color/â Ø´ÙÙØ± - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (2/324))
