Al-Kāfi - The Book of Dresses, Beautification and Kindness سَهْلُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ بَكْرٍ عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا الْ٠َّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلا٠) قَالَ اطْوُوا ثِيَابَكُ٠ْ بِاللَّيْلِ فَإِنَّهَا إِذَا كَانَتْ ٠َنْشُورَةً لَبِسَهَا الشَّيْطَانُ بِاللَّيْلِ. 11.

Sahl ibn Ziyad has narrated from Muhammad ibn Bakr from Zakariya al-Mu’min’ from those who narrated to him who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Fold your clothes for the night because Satan wears during the night the spread out clothes.’” شهور - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (22/372))
