Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Yahya ibn Harun who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), if the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, parted his hairs.
He (the Imam) said, âNo, the Messenger of Allah would keep his hairs long enough to reach his ear lobe only.ââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (2/381))
