Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Afi ibn Asbat who has said the following: âAbu al-Hassan, al-Ridaâ (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, âDo not wash your head with the clay of Misr (Egypt); it destroys self-esteem and may cause one to become a pimp.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (22/404))
