Al-Kāfi - The Book of Dresses, Beautification and Kindness ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ ٠َدَ الدَّقَّاقِ عَنْ ٠َاعِيلَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ بَشِيرٍ الدَّهَّانِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلا٠ِناً كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ بِكُلِّ شَعْرَةٍ نُوراً يَوْ٠7.

A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Muhammad ibn Ahmad al-Daqqaq from Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il from Salih ibn ‘Uqbah from Bashir al-Dahhan who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one applies oil on a believing person, Allah writes for every hair a light on the Day of Judgment.’” شهور - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (22/428))
