5.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from âAbd Allah ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Aban who has narrated the following: âIn the case of a will for which there is no witness except a woman, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), accepted it (such witness) for one-fourth of the will according to her testimony.ââ Ø¬ÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (23/9))
